Companhia São Jorge de Variedades appeared in 1998 from the meeting of artists graduated at the School of Dramatic Arts and the School of Communications and Arts / University of São Paulo. In 2013, the company completes fifteen years of activity. In this period, their intense performance in the theatrical area has brought admiration and recognition from the public in São Paulo. Since 2010 the group is sponsored by Petrobras.
The group has until now produced seven plays, of which the four most recent are available for performances:

The Cia. São Jorge de Variedades premiered in 2014 two new plays, Goethe’s FAUST and their first children’s play SÃO JORGE MENINO, on the myth of Saint George. In 2015 the group focuses on presentig their repertoire.
